Duties of Editors

• Publication Decisions: Make final decisions on acceptance, revision or rejection based on editorial and reviewer recommendations.
• Manuscript Review: Conduct originality screening and arrange blind peer review after desk assessment.
• Impartial Evaluation: Evaluate intellectual merit without discrimination based on gender, race, religion, nationality or other personal characteristics.
• Confidentiality: Protect all information and material related to submitted manuscripts.
• Conflicts of Interest: Never use unpublished material without written permission from the author.
• Corrections and Errata: Issue corrections, clarifications or errata whenever necessary.
• Ethical Compliance: Ensure that published research conforms to appropriate international ethical standards.
• Misconduct Allegations: Base action on credible evidence and fair investigation rather than suspicion alone.
• Editorial Accountability: Periodically review journal policies, initiatives and submission practices.

Duties of Authors

• Follow all journal submission and formatting requirements.
• Submit original work that has not been published previously.
• Do not submit the same manuscript to multiple journals simultaneously.
• Participate responsibly in peer review and revision.
• List only those authors who made substantial contributions.
• Provide relevant raw data when reasonably requested for editorial review.
• Ensure the authenticity of data and properly cite all sources.
• Disclose financial, personal or professional conflicts of interest.
• Promptly correct or retract work containing significant errors.
• Submit all required declarations and checklists.
• Provide institutional ethics/IRB approval for studies involving human participants, where applicable.

Duties of Reviewers

• Keep manuscripts and review materials strictly confidential.
• Identify relevant work that has not been properly acknowledged.
• Evaluate manuscripts objectively, impartially and respectfully.
• Provide constructive comments supported by clear reasoning.
• Report suspected fraud, plagiarism or other ethical concerns to the editor.
• Suggest relevant literature only where academically necessary.
• Disclose all potential conflicts of interest.
• Inform the editor promptly if the review cannot be completed on time.
• Contribute to improving manuscript quality and journal standards.

Journal Responsibilities

• Ethical Standards: Promote integrity in research and scholarly communication.
• Training and Awareness: Provide appropriate guidance on ethical publishing practices.
• Monitoring and Compliance: Oversee compliance and address violations through fair procedures.
